POPCORN SALE 2013 KEY DATES:
Early-August: Take-Order forms mailed one per family. (Scouts may start taking orders.)
Saturday, August 17: Unit Kernel Training - 10am - Five Holy Martyrs Church, 4327 S. Richmond
Saturday, August 24 Unit Kernel Training - 10am - St. Cornelius Church, 5430 W. Foster Ave.
Monday, September 9: Deadline for Show and Deliver Orders - Full Case Orders Only. (Total any early orders taken and include them in this order.)
Saturday, September 21: Show and Deliver Distribution (See locations by District below.)
Friday, November 8: Show and Deliver Returns Due; Early Payment & Prize Orders Due; Take Orders Due
Saturday, November 23: Take Order Distribution (See locations by District below.)
Supplemental orders will be filled with available product.

Scout Incentive Program
We will have several new products for this fall’s sale. For those who have requested a $5 Show & Sell product, we will have a 3-pack butter microwave. A delicious combination of dark and white chocolate drizzled on popcorn called Dark & White Chocolate will be our new $18 chocolate product. Single bags of Sour Cream & Onion and Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese will sell for $12 each. Two products will be available in tins: Chocolate Lover’s ($60) and White Chocolatey Pretzels ($30). With all of these changes, Scouts will have plenty of opportunities to sell the great products that Trail’s End provides each year.
Base Commission: 30%
Attend Popcorn Training: +2%
Pay by November 8th: +2%
Achieve Goal (+15% of 2012 Sales): +2%
Note: First Year Sellers must sell $1,500 and Units that sold $10,000 or more must sell 95% of last year's sales to receive the +2% (i.e. 2012 Sales = $20,000; must sell $19,000)
Total Possible Commission: 36%
UNIT INCENTIVE OPTIONS:
(1) Prizes; OR
(2) 15% Summer Camp Cash (i.e. $1,800 Sales = 1 week of Owasippe or $450 Sales = 3 days of Day Camp); OR
(3) 5% bonus commission (instead of prizes or camp cash)
NOTE: Online sales 35% + prizes; OR 30% + camp cash.
SCOUT INCENTIVE PROGRAM:
Scouts selling $600 will get a 105-ZX-Crossbow. Scouts selling $1500 will get a $50 Gift card. We also have several main prizes for Scouts this year. The top 10 Scout sellers will get a Pizza Party at Dave and Busters!!! There will be a weekly drawing to those Scouts who fill up their order forms to also go to a free Pizza Party at Dave and Busters! The top Scout seller will receive a package deal for an overnight stay with his/her family at the Timber Ridge Lodge and 4 water passes with a $100 gift card!!!
Show & Deliver orders are highly encouraged so that the unit has product on hand through the sale. Early orders can be compiled as a Show & Deliver order, so customers won't have to wait so long for delivery. Any undamaged leftovers are to be returned or used to fill Take Orders.
Scouts can email their friends and family who live outside the area to ask them to buy popcorn online. More information: Leaders
