2013 Camp Card Campaign
- New vendors have been added.
- Expiration dates go through the end of 2013 (or the end of season).
- Sell from January through May.
- New strategies to reduce chasing down parents and Scouts.
About the Commission:
Commissions can be managed just like popcorn.
- $2.40 of each sale will go to the unit.
- $2.40 will go to the Council.
- 20 cents from each sale goes to help subsidize the production costs
and sales incentives.
About the Distribution:
Pre-orders can schedule deliveries in early January or have their cards delivered to January Roundtables. On January 26th we will have a Saturday delivery from 10am to 1pm.

To sign up for the sale, fill out the commitment form online, download the form and mail it in, or contact Steve Adams at 312-421-8800 x 202 or Myriam Herrera x 209.
Final sales numbers for 1st and 2nd prizes must be reported (email@example.com or x 209) by JUNE 1st to be in the running for the iPad or gaming system. Email, call or fax in your Scout’s name, how much they sold and what unit they are from by June 1, 2013 at 12 midnight to be considered for 1st or 2nd place. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS DEADLINE WILL BE MADE.
On June 1st the council office will be open from 10am to 1pm to give you the opportunity to settle out on the weekend. Scout prizes will be delivered to the office only if you ordered them through the award zone system by May 13th.
If your Scouts want prizes, close out your campaign during the month of May and settle out qualifying sales with the council. If you want to continue selling beyond June 1st for the sake of raising funds you must contact Myriam to discuss your plans, but prizes will not continue beyond that point.
