The University of Scouting offers practical courses to help Scouter’s lead unit activities. WHO SHOULD ATTEND UoS? Everyone! The University of Scouting, Chicago Area Campus (UoS) is open to all registered adult leaders in the BSA and from all Scout Councils. This year is no different, with the creation and offering of Golf Merit Badge. To help facilitate this program, the Owasippe staff is looking to build a surplus of equipment to lend to scouts participating in the merit badge. This includes, but is not limited to, clubs, balls, and golf bags.
