Fall 2012 Membership Kickoff
We recognize that the fall, back-to-school season represents the best time to recruit and retain new boys for Cub Scout Packs and Boy Scout Troops. You, your volunteers and your Scout families know your program better than anyone else and we want to help you share the excitement, enthusiasm and dedication they feel for Scouting. Therefore we are asking that you dedicate two reliable volunteers for your recruiting effort. As we will be visiting more than 100 schools and need to work far in advance to arrange to visit classrooms, we are asking that you submit the name and contact information of your volunteers and your rally/recruitment/signup date, time and place before Aug. 1, 2012, via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make plans to attend the Indian Trails District Fall Membership Kickoff with your volunteers en tow at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at United in Faith Lutheran Church, 6525 W. Irving Park Road.
