Prepare your Unit Leaders to assist on school recruitment night.. parents and members can alaso help! Make it an special time...  remember to use:

      Unit recruitment Posters information at school     Report information to Roberto or District Commissioner

      Flyers and boy talks should be done 2-3 days before recruitment night.

      Coordinate with unit presentor for Boy talks/ recruitment night

 Have all materials for recruitment available; adults helping recruitment and

               Flip chart presentation [ 15 min. presentation]

   Recruitment night should be 1hr max. Fill youth /adults applications, collect BSA registration fees

            And invite parents and youth for next Unit regular meeting.

            Then turn in applications; fees on Recruitment envelope to designate turn in location.

                                       Keep the recruitment meeting Fun, Fun, and positive.

   Personalize with your unit activity photos, hand crafts , general activities information your UNIT

                 information chart /booth !   Share action photos and outing activities !

  Have your Unit  lend a helping hand to develop values and skills for our community youth  and

          their families through our Council Scouting Program at our Iroquois District.
