2013 CUB SCOUT DAY CAMP

Cubs of the Roundtable
 

One of the highlights in a Cub Scout’s year is the annual Cub Scout Day Camp.  Give your Scouts what they are looking and asking for! 

Cub Scouts in the Chicago Area Council can register for one or all three of the exciting day camps being offered in 2013.  Each camp has different deadlines so please read carefully. This year we are announcing the New Twilight Camp that runs in the afternoon to evening! We have also added an entire extra day of fun and excitement.


The Camps:

North Side Day Camp @ North Park Village

Dates – Tuesday, June 25 - Friday, June 28, 2013

Twilight Camp

North Park Village and Trinity Christian College Overnighters:

On Thursday evening, at North Park Village and at Trinity Christian College, there is an opportunity to have a camp overnighter.  This is an option for ALL campers and their adult partners.  Further information will be provided in the Leader's Guide.    
Cost: $20.00 per person – registration and health forms required
 

Camp Fees:

Scouts and siblings who register before the early bird deadline pay just $75.00 for four days of Fantastic, Unbelieveable, Nonsense! 
Those registering after the early bird deadline pay $95.00.
Adult leaders pay just $20.00.

Bus transportation (Twilight Camp only): $20 per person

Tot Lot at the Trinity Christian College location ONLY: Leaders spending the day with campers may drop off their 3-5 year olds at the Tot Lot for a fee of $50.00 for the week.

All paid registrants receive a day camp t-shirt, patch, and all the fun they can handle!

Tag-a-longs are welcome to travel along with their family at North Park Village and at Twilight Camp, but it must be noted that they are not registered campers.  We purchase materials for each of our CAMPERS, only.  We are not able to supply Tag-a-longs and parents extra craft materials.

 

Basic Camp Info:

Leadership - Your Pack will need to provide two adults for the first 8 campers, and one adult for every 5 campers thereafter, at North Park Village and Twilight Camp.  At Trinity Camp, we will need an adult for each scout rank.

Camp Uniform -  Camp will provide a T-shirt to all registered campers and adults.  T-shirts are part of their uniform during camp and part of our security.  They must be worn every day!  Extra t-shirts may be purchased at the time of registration.

Meals - Everyone attending camp must bring a lunch or dinner and a water bottle.

Forms:

Each participant (youth or adult) must return a registration form, health form w/picture, and payment to the council office.
